Stake Enrichment Meeting This Morning!
Don't forget sisters! We've got the Stake Enrichment Meeting this morning "Every Needful Thing" Starting at 10am this morning and going till 1-ish. It is at the Northland Building and we've been asked to dress Sunday best. Lunch will be provided AND our lovely Kelsey is speaking at the event!

Spirit Fingers?
There's a group of us are planning on going to the mens stake basketball game tonight to cheer on our ward!

Chilling out, maxing, relaxing all cool, And all shooting some b-ball outside of the...Stake center?
Alright gentlemen...Now is the time to prove to Dave your manliness after the tragedy of the not-so-chili-cook off...So if you didn't go out and buy a huge truck...
Men's basketball starts Thursday evening at the Northland Building!
That's right.
Yosemite ward is scheduled to play at 9pm against Northland ward. They are in need of referees from our ward for the 8pm game of Tracy vs. Lathrop.
If you know how to call the shots and are interested in being a ref, contact Danny W., the ward sports director. He'll hook ya up. They said if we don't produce refs for the 8pm game, we forfeit playing at 9pm. And also, If we don't show up to play our own game at 9pm, we forfeit playing for the rest of the year. Sounds pretty serious.
So Brethren, lets get the team together!
And girls, if you want to, you can totally show up there and be cheerleaders. :)

Yes Virginia, there is an fhe tomorrow...
Fhe is schedualed for Monday night this week. I know that will
surprise everyone:P same time as always, its going to be in Tracy, and
we will be playing a sport mainly. (dodgeball? That's my favorite:)
also planned, is a spiritual thought/ lesson, and partaking in
eachothers spirit and company. Be there or be an ideal quadrilateral!
(Krystal would have had a better phrasing for that I'm sure:)

Stake Conference!
Don't forget, on Sunday we don't have our regular block schedule meetings because we have Stake Conference!
Starting tomorrow evening, (Saturday, 1/5) at 7pm we have the adult session at the Stake Center.
Then, on Sunday (1/6), we have Stake Conference starting at 10am and going until noon!
Hope to see you all there! Make sure to get there early to get good seats!

Baptisms Anyone?
Tomorrow we have our baptism trip! First one of '08! We are meeting at the temple at 7pm. I haven't heard any word of a carpool yet, but if I do, I will post it immediately.
Also, tomorrow's weather for the Central Valley/Bay Area here is going to be pretty bad. Apparently, we've got the storm of the century moving in tomorrow afternoon and lasting through friday. For those of you who plan on driving, Oakland has got wind advisories for tomorrow evening for winds up to 40 mph and there's going to be soaking rain. Make sure you pack as many people at you (legally) can in your car to provide weight and make sure your tire treads are thick, because it sounds like it'll be bad. :)
